Due to a server configuration error, some webmail users may have had difficulties loading the MailRisk-addin today. The issue was resolved almost immediately upon detection, but due to the add-in not being able to load we unfortunately have no audit trail for which customers and how many users may have been affected.
If however Firefox users in particular are reporting endured issues (upon having received the error in the first place), cookies may need to be removed for webmail and mailrisk.com domains. Other browsers should not experience such endured issues. We apologize for any inconvenience.
